1. Do you sell factory-sealed products?

Yes. All products sold on PreOrderPros are brand-new, factory-sealed, and sourced from licensed trading card distributors or verified suppliers.


2. What is a preorder?

A preorder is a purchase made before a product releases.
By preordering, you reserve the item and guarantee fulfillment once inventory arrives.

Each preorder product page includes:

  • A release date

  • A clear preorder badge

  • Estimated shipping timeframe


3. When do preorder items ship?

Preorders ship on or shortly after the manufacturer’s official release date.
If a release date changes, your order will ship as soon as the product becomes available.


4. Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes. You may cancel any preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund—no fees or penalties.

Simply email support@preorderpros.com with your order number.


5. What if the manufacturer delays or cancels a product?

If there's a delay, we hold your preorder until stock arrives.
If the product is canceled or under-allocated, we issue a full refund automatically.


6. How fast do in-stock items ship?

In-stock products ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your package ships.


7. Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States.
International shipping may be available soon.


8. What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship using:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier options may vary based on your location.


9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped yet.
Email us immediately at support@preorderpros.com.


10. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on in-stock, unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery.
Preorder items can only be returned if damaged or incorrect.

11. What if my order arrives damaged?

Take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
We will replace or refund the item based on availability.


12. Are there any hidden fees?

No. Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are shown clearly during checkout.
We do not charge:

  • Recurring fees

  • Subscriptions

  • Hidden add-ons
